Scott O’Hara is a genre-fluid, multi-instrumentalist & singer songwriter from Sydney, Australia currently based in Somerset in the UK.

Career highlights include playing guitar with Tate & the Million Dollar Band in Chicago (home of the electric blues), a sojourn as the guitarist for Senegalese afro-funksters BuBaca Diop, and in an acid jazz band with members of Black Parade & Psycho Zydeco. On relocating to the UK he co-founded and played guitar with BathTub Orchestra, and released the solo single Zeroes and Ones, featuring drums by the legendary Steve Ferrone (Average White Band, Duran Duran, Eric Clapton, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers etc).
In 2024 he won the Climates songwriting prize for this new release Edge of Forever. The prize was to record it at the Bert Jansch Studio in Frome. Featuring Scott on vocals, guitars, drums and synths, backed by Bath based musicians Edward Bettella (San Reetam) on piano and Mark Thurstain on Fretless bass.
