It was a thrill to win The Climates songwriting prize last year for Edge of Forever and I had blast recording the final version of the song at the Bert Jansch Studio in Frome with Edward Bettella on piano and Mark Thurstain on Fretless Bass. We recorded plenty of material - so much so that mix engineer James Welsh created an extended version of the song in addition to the radio edit released earlier this year.

In response to people loving Edward's intro on the video version and others really liking something about the original demo, I've decided to release both those versions along with a stripped back piano only cabaret mix and a heavier, guitar focused mix I did myself.
